Alessandro Zanatta
Alessandro Zanatta
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Born and raised in the dynamic and productive North-Est of Italy, Alessandro’s passion for corporate finance emerged early. Even before completing his academic journey at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, he was already bridging capital markets and entrepreneurship at the region’s leading financial institution.
He began his career in the Corporate Finance division of Finint, an Italian investment bank, first in Treviso and then in Milan, and he was involved in the acquisition of Interbanca by Banca IFIS within the Business Development team.
Driven by his entrepreneurial mindset, at 28 he contributed to the launch of a new independent player in the M&A industry, combining the approach of an advisor with that of an investor. He served for nearly 6 years on the Board of Directors of the portfolio company Gardening, engaged in the import and manufacturing of disposable gloves and other medical devices, with delegated responsibilities for Administration, Finance, and Control.
After more than 7 years at BF & Company, a financial advisory firm and club deal arranger between Milan and Treviso, where he played a key role in the firm’s growth since its establishment with over 15 successful M&A transactions, he decided to join SFG to foster an innovative approach to finance focused on value creation and human relationships.

Enrico Simionato
Enrico Simionato
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Enrico has always taken the road less traveled. While many climbed the ranks following standardized paths, he was searching for fresh perspectives in the finance industry, not just to grow, but to rewrite the rules of the game.
He began at Deloitte, where in just two years he was already leading a team servicing publicly listed clients. He then moved to PwC – Transaction Services – in M&A, becoming an executive by age 30, collaborating with Italian and international private equity funds. A solid career, no doubt, but too rigid for someone hungry for real impact.
So, he left the Big4 and joined Sesa SpA — a publicly listed tech company with over €3 billion in revenue — as CFO of the Base Digitale division and Head of FP&A for the Milan office, tasked with structuring the business unit to support growth.
But something was missing. A spark. Meeting Filippo Rocca ignited that fire, leading to the birth of Subbyx. Enrico came aboard from day one as CFO & Head of Investor Relations, leading the team to raise more than €20 million in equity and debt in just 18 months. Today, Subbyx stands out as one of the most promising and dynamic scale-ups in Italy, and beyond.
Now, as Managing Director of SFG, Enrico is not just pursuing personal growth — he is driving a cultural shift in the finance landscape: more vision, more pragmatism, less ego. After years in the trenches, he knows what works, what needs to be left behind, and how to build a model that is more fluid, effective, and human.
Character? Ever seen The Big Short? Enrico carries the intensity and critical fire of Mark Baum — just with a Veneto twist, living in Milan
